At Brookridge, we offer simple, transparent month-to-month pricing with no buy-in fees or long-term leases. This flexible approach allows you the freedom to choose where you live today—and the confidence to adjust your care in the future if your needs change.

Apartment Rates
Month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
- Standard One Bedroom Suite: $3,095/month
- Large One Bedroom Suite with Patio: $3,195/month
- Standard Two Bedroom Suite: $3,950/month
- Large Two Bedroom Suite with Patio: $4,050/month
- Second Occupant Fee:$1,500/month
- One-time Community Fee:$600 – This one-time, non-refundable fee is used to secure the apartment prior to move-in. If plans change before move-in, the fee remains fully refundable until the day of move-in.

- Three meals served daily
- Light housekeeping services
- Scheduled transportation

- All utilities included (excluding personal telephone)
